Walk4Friendship is an annual 1K or 5k walk that raises crucial funds and community awareness for The Friendship Circle- a nonprofit organization for individuals with special needs located in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
In 2013 VSP was invited to provide basic truss support for the walk banners. Immediately following the event we were invited back for 2014, but this time we are asked to provide Audio for the roughly 3500 people, additional truss for added press banners, and we helped with the overall design of the opening ceremonies.
Audio was a huge part of the opening ceremonies. In order to accommodate everyone hearing clearly, VSP deployed it’s ISP Technologies Line Array System for the general crowd, along with delay speakers about 200′ away from the main stage for the overflow area.
